A sumptuously romantic room designed in the Elizabethan style and featuring a super-king-size mahogany four-poster bed, dressed in opulent crewel embroidered fabrics.

Ensuite facilities feature a rolltop bath and separate powerful shower. Triple panoramic windows in both rooms offer panoramic views of the Clwydian range. Truly a loo with a view!

The room is named after Robert Dudley, Earl of Leicester who was also Sheriff of Denbigh and well known as the lover of Queen Elizabeth I. He also built Leicester’s Church, the ruins of which form part of the Castle House gardens!

Each room has ensuite bathrooms with floor lighting, under floor heating, romantic baths and powerful showers. In addition, there’s a 32" flat screen TV  together with a good selection of games and magazines. Room service is also available.
